The Administrators for the Missouri Freemason web-hosting
program, otherwise known as Mofreemason.com, represent The Grand Lodge of
Missouri and therefore have full authority to accept or deny any application for
web space. Web space will be provided to Blue Lodges, Districts, Clubs, Appended
and Adopted Masonic Bodies of the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted
Masons of the State of Missouri. All websites will have a working
webmaster email link. If an approved web site is used for purposes
other than deemed appropriate by the Grand Lodge of Missouri, the site will be
terminated.
All sites; Blue Lodges, Districts, Clubs, and Appended and Adopted Masonic
Bodies under the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of the State of
Missouri, must represent Masonry and the Grand Lodge of Missouri in a positive
manner. The same rules, resolutions, regulations, by-laws, and edicts apply to
web sites as do to the individual mason.
Each Compliant Web Site, hosted under this program, must be updated
yearly. All web sites will be checked by the Administrators one month after the
Annual Grand Lodge Communication. Lodge sites are encouraged to update
immediately after the Grand Lodge communication. Lodge websites found out of
date shall be subject to suspension or removed from this program. A website
which is found to be one year out of date will receive a communication from the
program administrator to determine the status of the site. It is the
responsibility of the Webmaster to find a replacement to continue the site
should he be unable to continue as Webmaster.
All Compliant websites must have on their Front page a:
1. Grand Lodge Certification Seal with Lodge name and number.
2. Link to the Grand Lodge of Missouri
3. Link to Mofreemason.com
4. Masonic Contact Form with Link to form

All webmasters must be able to connect and update their web sites using
either FrontPage or via the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) method. If you cannot
function under either, then please do not apply for web space.
The following will not be tolerated on web sites: nudity, un-Masonic
language, or un-Masonic material on any web site hosted by this program. If a
web site is discovered to have such content, the web master will be reprimanded
and the site will be terminated.
