The Raising (part 2)

Many Master Masons have been raised in Mt Olive Lodge since 1872. At 3:00 p.m. on the 5th of November, 1999, 127 years to the month after receiving the Charter, we returned the favor and Mt Olive Lodge #439 was raised by 6 Master Masons. Bro Bill Stacey, PM Art Wolfe, SW Joe Cron, PM Glen Cron, JD Mike Walker, and WM Nick Breedlove. Bill’s expertise, engineering abilities and all our labor had worked. We could not have done this without Bill Stacey and we have no doubt that no one else would have attempted it. Our determination to raise the lodge had won. The engineering genius of Bro Bill Stacey owner of Stacey Metals in Elkland Mo 417-933-5714, enabled us to overcome this obstacle.
