ELDER CARE
My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and later suffered a major stroke. I became his full-time caregiver for three years. I witnessed first-hand the complications, pain and suffering that families face when loved ones have memory loss and limited physical ability due to Alzheimer’s. Through training workshops and working closely with speech, physical and cognitive therapists, I acquired a vast understanding of how best to care for older adults.

ALZHEIMER’S CONSULTANT
I am personally available to provide Рим что посмотреть consultation services to families. During my experience as my father’s full-time caregiver, I saw a need for multi-sensory activities for seniors who suffer from memory loss. I am in the process of creating Alzheimer’s kits that will consist of five different themes and activities. The objective is to improve communication and optimize goals that are conducive to a realistic and healthy environment for the whole family.

CHILD CARE
While my nine years of teaching in public and private elementary schools were gratifying, I loved working as a professional nanny through numerous agencies. Interacting with children of various ages has given me an appreciation for the uniqueness of each individual child. Building relationships with the children I care for has impacted my life and I make an effort to impact theirs as well.
